Full bathroom rebuild following a plumbing leak insurance claim. We removed water-damaged materials down to the studs, rebuilt the space from the ground up, and delivered a modern walk-in shower with custom tile, glass enclosure, and updated finishes throughout.
Project Overview
This Granbury bathroom started as an insurance claim after a plumbing leak caused extensive water damage. We fully gutted the space to properly remediate the affected areas, then rebuilt the bathroom with all new finishes while preserving and repainting the original cabinetry at the homeowner’s request.
The new layout features a custom tiled walk-in shower with marble-look subway tile, a pebble stone shower floor, built-in bench seating, and a recessed shampoo niche. A frameless glass enclosure keeps the space open and bright, paired with brushed nickel fixtures including a rainfall shower head and handheld wand.
We also installed updated lighting at the vanity, refreshed wall finishes, and completed detailed tile work throughout. The result is a clean, modern bathroom that feels larger, brighter, and far more functional than before.
The homeowner selected all tile and finish materials, and we handled full demolition, water damage repairs, shower construction, tile installation, glass, fixture install, and final punch-out.
