A small water leak turned into a full home upgrade. This Corinth project included a complete primary bathroom remodel, a new first-floor garage bathroom with shower access, and a backyard patio cover.
This Corinth, Texas project started with a water leak in the upstairs primary bathroom that had already caused ceiling damage in the living room below. Once demolition began, the scope expanded into a full primary bathroom remodel, a new downstairs garage bathroom build, and a covered patio addition at the back of the home.
Upstairs, we rebuilt the primary bathroom with a custom walk-in shower, large-format tile, glass enclosure, and modern finishes. Downstairs, we converted part of the garage into a full bathroom with shower, giving the homeowners and visiting family members convenient first-floor access. We wrapped up the project with a new patio cover to create shaded outdoor living space.
This was a great example of turning an unexpected water issue into a functional, long-term upgrade across multiple areas of the home.
