From full bar builds to covered patios, ADA upgrades, and structural renovations, we help North Texas business owners transform spaces with craftsmanship, code compliance, and clear communication from start to finish.
Project Overview
This project involved the transformation of an existing former Salvation Army building into a fully updated commercial bar and outdoor gathering space in Old Town Lewisville, TX. Our team partnered closely with the property owner and their internal crew, handling the structural construction while the owners completed interior finishes and all MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing).
McEntire Construction Services led the heavy lifting scope of work, including a welded steel patio cover with insulated roofing, Trex composite decking, ADA-compliant ramps, railings, and stairs, full site grading, stamped concrete walkways, perimeter fencing, cooler room construction, and major structural reframing.
Key features of this project include:
Covered outdoor deck with welded steel framing and Trex decking
Insulated steel patio roof designed to reduce heat
ADA-compliant ramps, railings, and access paths
Stamped concrete walkways connecting both buildings
Full outdoor space grading and preparation
Cooler room addition with HVAC accommodations
Structural reframing of cocktail house and interior walls
Cedar fencing and enclosure construction
Concrete pads for future in-ground gas heaters
Mural-ready masonry wall and site preparation
Coordination with the City of Lewisville for permitting and inspections
This was our largest project to date and required close coordination between ownership, city inspectors, engineers, and multiple trades. The result is a fully accessible, code-compliant outdoor venue designed for high traffic, comfort, and durability.
We’re extremely proud to have helped bring this Old Town Lewisville destination to life on schedule.
