This custom concrete patio in Denton was designed to create a usable outdoor living space with clean lines and long term durability. The project included curved patio edges for a softer layout, integrated drainage solutions, and underground piping to properly manage roof runoff beneath the slab.

Because the homeowners had recently moved from out of state, the goal was to deliver a low-maintenance, functional space that felt finished and intentional from day one. The result is a clean concrete patio that expands the usable footprint of the home while solving drainage issues and improving overall yard flow.

Improper drainage is one of the most common issues we see with patio installations. For this project, routing the downspouts under the patio ensured water would move away from the home without disrupting the finished surface or creating future erosion problems.
