This Denton garage conversion transformed unused space into finished living area with a fully custom bathroom. Our team framed and built out the interior, added insulation, drywall, flooring, lighting, and whole-room paint, and modified the exterior wall to accommodate new window openings.
The bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower with glass enclosure, freestanding soaking tub, custom vanity, new plumbing fixtures, decorative lighting, and large-format marble-look tile carried through the shower and floor. Brass hardware and a statement chandelier complete the space.
Exterior work included cutting in new windows, reframing openings, brick repair, and tying everything cleanly back into the existing structure. The result is a functional living space with a modern bathroom that feels intentional — not like a converted garage.
