Full exterior patio rebuild in Denton, Texas, including reframed walls, custom window openings for jalousie inserts, and new exterior doors.
Project Overview
This Denton homeowner had an existing covered patio structure that needed a full wall rebuild to accommodate new jalousie window louvers. While the roof structure remained, we removed and reframed all exterior walls, created custom window openings sized specifically for the client’s jalousie inserts, and installed two new exterior doors.
This space was designed to remain unconditioned. After our structural work was complete, the client planned to handle interior paint, minor insulation, and the installation of the jalousie windows themselves.
The result is a clean, updated patio enclosure ready for finish-out and custom window installation.
