Our Work

Full Gut Home Renovation | Krum, TX

This Krum, TX home underwent a full gut renovation including new kitchen and bathrooms, pier and beam subfloor replacement, new flooring, major plumbing and electrical updates, a new roof, and interior paint.

Project Overview

This older Krum home needed far more than cosmetic updates. The structure and systems required significant attention, so the project was approached as a true rebuild rather than a surface-level refresh.

The objective was to create a solid, functional home that would perform well long term, both structurally and mechanically, while modernizing every interior space.

Our Approach

We completed a full interior gut and rebuilt the home from the inside out. The kitchen and bathrooms were constructed entirely new, with updated layouts, finishes, and fixtures. Flooring was replaced throughout the home, and because the structure is pier and beam, subfloor replacement and leveling were a critical part of the process.

Extensive plumbing and electrical work was required to bring the home up to modern standards. Once the major systems were addressed, we completed a full interior repaint to tie everything together.

On the exterior, we installed a new roof and demolished an existing backyard shed to clean up the property and improve usable space.
