This Dallas outdoor project transformed a bare dirt yard into usable family space with new St. Augustine sod, proper grading, and deck repairs to improve safety and flow.
This Dallas project focused on creating a more usable and family-friendly backyard by addressing both the yard and an existing deck. The space originally consisted of bare dirt with limited functionality and drainage concerns.
We began by grading and prepping the yard, adding soil to support healthy grass growth before installing new St. Augustine sod. To further open up the space, we demolished a portion of the existing deck and rebuilt the railing to improve layout, safety, and overall usability. The finished result is a cleaner, more functional outdoor area designed to grow with the family.
